What’s Required to Initiate the Process

Before we initiate a new home building project, we asses the overall scenario to find if it can bring success for all stakeholders including the homeowner, supporting vendors and ourselves. Keeping the future value of the property in mind, we came to the conclusion that the project is worthy or not.

For a project initiation we are expecting a homeowner should provide us necessary information including the following:

• Land diagram
• type of building
• number of rooms
• parking and backyard
• utilities (swimming pool, deck etc)
• budget and financing

Once we have that information, it is easier for us to evaluate the project. After a series of cross-questioning, we will bring you a strategic plan with all the requirements for delivering a successful project.
