Project Development

Coordinate the development process with the ability to provide immediate cost estimates, feasibility analysis, project scheduling, value engineering, and construction management/supervision.

We ensure the successful completion of the project is on time and within budget. Our project management team has the skills and experience to handle any situation that may arise during project development. 

Once the project is underway, our project manager is the owner’s representative on-site, and it is our managers’ job to ensure the project is being built to the owner’s specifications. As the project progresses from planning to execution we will shift our focus to scheduling contractors, processing payments and managing change orders. 

Depending on the size of the projects, we appoint single or multiple project managers with various experiences and project responsibilities. Our certified professionals have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and they can be called on to make tough decisions. We are capable of handling the different stages of the project accordingly.
